A partially abandoned building stood on a wide block of real estate on historic Ponce de Leon Avenue in Atlanta for decades. It had been through numerous reincarnations. Vandalized and in major disrepair, it stood. I’d pass it several times a day going to work, and then later shopping or riding with my kiddos. I saw it as a hulking behemoth with an Atlanta police station and lots of broken windows next to what was known as the “Murder Kroger” for reasons evident in its name. Only a few not a lot, but I digress. Development came along “Ponce”, and Ponce City Market was born. Even after celebrating my 50th birthday on the rooftop at the market, I still cannot believe it’s there born out of the messy place that it was. This post contains affiliate links. Father’s Day means so much to the men who love and support us every day. A “father” doesn’t have to necessarily only be a biological one as he can be any figure in your life. The one who tells you that you can do it not matter the odds. Your cheerleader even if he’s a quiet one. We like to celebrate with lunch, a gift, and a card in our family. You may have the same tradition or maybe you host a pool party or barbeque for your Father’s Day event. We found 9 awesome dad gifts on Amazon with a range of price points. The first 3 gifts we discovered from an Esquire Magazine Father’s Day gift guide, and the remaining 6 we found. Our posts may sometimes contain affiliate links. American Branding Designs has made two tumblers I adore. One a good friend gave me one day during the pandemic. It was a gift out of the blue and really lifted my spirits. The second one was an item I saw on their site and knew I had to have it. You know the feeling. They create unique designs on their site and do customization too. This post contains affiliate links. My Supernatural shirt from Stands arrived today and I am so excited to wear it! Supernatural’s stars regularly use show logos and characters in STANDS merchandise to support non-profits and communities. In the past, they’ve raised money for hunger, hurricane relief, pandemic support, and suicide awareness. Kim Rhodes who played Sheriff Jody Mills for several seasons teamed up and promoted these awesome shirts in addition to more merchandise, this campaign’s proceeds helped support an equine-therapy organization. I get alerts on merchandise whenever it becomes available. Love wearing fun shirts and it feels even better when you helped an organization out! Support Your Local Murder? What are we talking about here? It’s a play on words and imagery. The average person might be appalled and think you literally mean “murder”, but you don’t. Crows in a group are called by the ancient term “A Murder of Crows”. It’s a fun way to tie-in…

STANDS is once again teaming up with the cast and crew of Supernatural for a great cause. Supernatural’s stars regularly use show logos and characters in STANDS merchandise to support non-profits and communities. In the past, they’ve raised money for hunger, hurricane relief, pandemic support, and suicide awareness. Kim Rhodes who played Sheriff Jody Mills for several seasons has teamed up to promote these awesome shirts in addition to more merchandise, this campaign’s proceeds will help support an equine-therapy organization. It is a campaign though so sales for this shirt are limited. Buy yours today! I did. Supernatural is the longest running series on the CW network and gave us 15 amazing seasons. It is hands down my absolute favorite show. I’ve purchased quite a bit of their partner STANDS merchandise over the years and been really pleased with it. I want to point out that I have no affiliation with Stands other then the fact…
