Atlanta Eats is a premiere television show in Atlanta, Georgia that features restaurants and dining establishments. It’s a fun show to watch to discover joints to fine dining around the city. Steak Shapiro who was a popular radio and tv personality in Atlanta founded the show and serves as its host. Recently, we saw an episode centered around Tucker. Since Tucker is nearby to us, we decided to give one of the featured restaurants a try. We picked Ford’s BBQ on Main Street. Opened in 2020, it’s grown in popularity rather quickly. The decor is a mix of leather and wood with a cool mural across one wall. I chose the chopped brisket with sides of mac ‘n cheese and Brunswick…

I am not a chef so I like cooking to be simple and contain a limited amount of ingredients. If a recipe is fast and delicious, well then those are bonuses too. A neighbor brought this dish to us when we had our third baby. Four easy ingredients and you can serve it with sour cream – which is yummy mixed with the sauce – and a salad. It’s a basic entree that you can flavor with different salsas, veggies, or anything chopped you like. This post contains affiliate links. This is a sponsored post on behalf of Storiarts.com. I received the product in exchange for my review but all opinions are my own and not influenced in any way. Being the literature lover that I am, I couldn’t help but be intrigued when I spotted a coffee called Gothic Roast while surfing the Storiarts.com site one day. I’m a fan of their literary items and check their site periodically to see what’s new. They take literary quotes and passages and print them on everything from t-shirts to scarves to blankets and home goods. And then, apparently coffee. I’ve reviewed 3 of their products in the past so I asked them if I could do the same with their new coffee. My suggestion was that I try it with 3 friends as a tasting. They liked the idea and kindly sent their product. The company’s description of their coffee: Our…
