Came downstairs today to a wonderful Mother's Day surprise. The boys surprised me with tulips and a charcuterie board? Not an item I expected yet really enjoyed. I love surprises – the good kind. John, my husband, ordered it from a new company in Atlanta called The Charcuterie Chick. Alex Plavin creates custom charcuterie and cheese boards with seasonal ingredients.
I love pink. The board and crackers came wrapped very nicely in pink tissue paper and pink and white colored boxes tied with ribbons. Perfect for me. It was a pretty display with the tulips and wine. My favorite wine by the way is Dr. L Riesling. So, at 2:00, we broke it open and paired it with everything on the board. John and I did – not the under aged teens in the house.
Highly recommend for a personal treat or to entertain your guests. Welcome The Charcuterie Chick to Atlanta!
