Storiarts scrolled across our feed one day and caught our interest. Their photographs display works of literature turned into everyday items. As avid book readers, this is a win-win! Big fans of wearing what we like as shirts. and can you imagine quotes from Jane Austen, Poe, Alice in Wonderland, Mary Shelley, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Maya Angelou?

One of the main things that also impressed us about the company is their devotion to literature. They work with an organization – LitWorld – to spread the love of reading and writing to children. Part of every purchase is donated to LitWorld.

LitWorld is a non-profit organization dedicated to on-the-ground innovative solutions to tackling illiteracy worldwide. Based in 28 countries, LitWorld created three programs that stand today as the organization's core models: LitClubsLitCamps, and World Read Aloud Day. Storiarts shares their vision to strengthen children and communities through the power of their own stories and to connect people with the love of books.”

The company is smart and includes a variety of items to attract readers to treat themselves or to give as gifts. We wanted to learn more so we contacted them and they were kind enough to let us try items out .They sent us two things to try and we purchased one on our own. We like the quality of their products and they do meet what you see on their site to what you get in person. Easy to order, and they ship pretty promptly.

Raven Writing Gloves

Writing Gloves
We chose (of course) their Raven poem writing gloves. They were exactly as pictured and super soft. Yes, we used them to write! The poem cannot fit on one glove so it does carry to the other. Your thumb fits through a single opening and the remainder of the glove is fingerless which makes them more comfortable if you do want to write in them. We're planning to wear them when the weather is cool too. The gloves come designed with a lot of literary works to choose from – MacBeth, Romeo and Juliet, Little Women, Dracula, Peter Pan, Frankenstein, Anne of Green Gables and more. They look smart on your hands or place them on your bookcase as a decoration when you're not using them.

“I like the headband because it was soft and thick and is very well made. I feel it's pretty ageless. It's attractive and appropriate for a 5 year old as well as a 40 year old.” – Aja

Headbands
We selected an “Alice in Wonderland” headband to try. My friend Aja was gracious enough to try it out for us. We're a family of 3 boys, my husband, plus me. I have very short hair so this required someone who could do it justice. Aja took it home to test and her 5 year old “L” also had to check it out. For our part, we found it to be made of durable material and the printing was great. You can read the text clearly and it's a large enough font for others to see.

Book Pouches
We personally ordered the book pouch. It was not a company provided item. We just fell in love with the Hamlet one! The pouch itself is heavy canvas-like cotton with a black inner lining. Very nice, durable zipper. The image is crisp and clean like it was hand drawn and the text is sharper than we expected. Really like it. You can use it in several ways:

Lots of products to choose from that come in great categories! We DO plan to purchase more. Love companies who not only create quality things but also support good causes. Bottom line is that we really like Storiarts!
